By accessing and using the Sheik's website (sheik.mu) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our fast food ordering and event booking services.

2. Our Services

Sheik's provides the following services through our website and physical location in Port Louis, Mauritius:

• •Fast Food: Online ordering of our menu items for pickup or delivery within our service area in Port Louis.
• •Event Services: Catering and event planning services for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, and private parties.

3. Orders & Payments

When placing an order through our website:

• •All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) and include applicable taxes.
• •We accept cash on delivery/pickup, card payments (via MIPS), and MCB Juice.
• •An order confirmation does not guarantee availability. We will contact you if items are unavailable.
• •Prices and menu items are subject to change without prior notice.
• •You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Regarding order cancellations:

• •Orders may be cancelled before preparation has begun. Once food preparation starts, cancellations may not be possible.
• •Refunds for online payments will be processed within 7-14 business days.
• •If you receive incorrect or damaged items, please contact us immediately for a resolution.
• •For event bookings, cancellation policies will be specified in your event agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sheik's website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Sheik's and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Mauritius, Sheik's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Operating Hours

Our fast food service operates Monday to Saturday, 5:30 PM to 11:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays. Online orders placed outside of operating hours will be processed when we reopen. Event enquiries can be submitted at any time and will be responded to during business hours.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
